    What if You Need to Return Your Order?
    You may return an item for refund or credit within 60 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error. For returns that are not due to Total Health error, there is a 15% restocking fee (charged at our discretion). All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning an order. If you have a question about a return or our policy please email customerservice@thdv.com or call 1-800-283-2833.

    What if We Don't Have all of the Items in Stock?
    If you have ordered an out-of-stock item it will automatically be back-ordered after 7 to 10 days.

    What is the Total Health Policy on Privacy?
    Total Health believes that respecting your Privacy is key. Since most of us at Total Health use the internet, we are aware of the pitfalls and annoyances when a company doesn't respect our privacy. We've been there and we know what it feels like... so be assured that we do everything we can to protect your privacy. This Privacy Statement we will tell you what information we need from you when you place an order and how we use it in the future.

    If you decide to opt-out of our newsletter or our emails it's easy just reply to the email with "remove" in the subject or send an email to webmaster@thdv.com with the word unsubscribe followed by your email address in the subject line of the email. Please make sure that the email address you give us is the one that we send to (often people have more than one email address and when they opt-out they send from the email address that is not on our list).
